Option 1: Packaging Solution Evaluation

For initial evaluation, please send:

• 1 carton of your products
• 3 unused corrugated cartons

With your samples, we can:

• Confirm the most suitable case packing method
• Estimate the achievable packing speed
• Provide a more accurate case packer solution
• Identify product details that may affect machine performance
• Reduce possible errors before machine production

We will check whether the carton structure, size, and material are suitable for automatic case packing.

If needed, we can provide:

• Corrugated carton drawing suggestions
• Carton manufacturing guidance

Option 2: Full Running Test for Packer

If you want a full machine running test to verify stability and performance, more materials will be required.

• Target speed: 4–5 cartons/minute
• Recommended quantity: around 100 corrugated cartons

This allows us to test:

• Running stability of the case packer
• Continuous packing performance
• Actual speed
• Overall reliability of the case packer

Reduce Your Shipping Cost for Samples

We understand that shipping products and corrugated cartons can be expensive due to size and weight. To help reduce your cost:

• After receiving your samples, we can source or produce matching corrugated cartons in China
• If you already have a carton supplier in China, they can ship cartons directly to our factory

This helps lower shipping cost while still allowing accurate testing for your packing solution.
